Membership Registration

How do I qualify to sign up as a member?

Genki Sushi Membership is open to all customers aged 18 years and above at the time of application, with a verified local mobile number.

How do I sign up as a member?

You can download from App Store (for IOS mobile device) or Google Play Store (for Android mobile devices).

How do I download the Genki Sushi app?

Search for “Genki Sushi” in the App Store or Google Play Store.

How do I login if I am registering to be a member for the first time?

Download the app and register with your mobile number and an alpha-numeric password of your choice. Complete the mobile OTP verification process and you are now ready.

Can I still sign up without using a mobile device?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to register for membership without a mobile device as we need the OTP for verification.

Can I still sign up without an email?

You are advised to create a new email address.

Is there a membership fee?

There is no membership fee for Genki Sushi membership. The Genki Club or premium membership requires member to meet a minimum spending criterion of $120 within 62 days and Premium member requires to meet a minimum spending of $800 within 365 days.

What is the different between the membership tiers?

Members from the tier 2 enjoy a different Reward points system

Membership Tier: Club
Genki points: $10 spend = 1 point
$10 points = $5 Rebate

Membership Tier: Premium
Genki points: $10 spend = 1 point
$10 points = $10 Rebate

Example: I spent $27.90 (sub-total amount), I will earned 2 points in this transaction.
All redemptions are to be made in multiple of $5.

How do I earn my Genki Points?

You will earn 1 point to $10 spent from your dine-in or takeaway orders at any Genki Sushi outlets in Singapore. Member must be physically present and scan the member ID barcode (from Genki Sushi Mobile App) at the point of payment. Requests on accumulation for previous or backdated receipts will not be entertained. The system may require one (01) working day to reflect the transactions, and Genki points earned. Accumulated spent and points are calculated after any points redemption of and do not include festive and promotional items, service charge and government taxes. This amount is referred to as the total nett spend.

Are Genki points and my membership transferable?

No, Genki Sushi membership and Genki points are non-transferrable. Friends and family members keen on enjoying the same benefits can sign up as a member. Membership is free.

How do I upgrade to another membership tier?

Members from the Club tier will automatically be upgraded to the Premium tier once they meet a minimum spending criterion of $800 within 365 days.

Why is my membership downgraded?

Premium members need to meet a minimum spending criterion of $800 in the 365 days qualification period. To ensure that you continue to enjoy the privilege for this membership tier.

How do I renew my membership?

Unless the membership is terminated or suspended, your membership will be valid as long as the Genki Sushi Membership Programme is in operation.

For Premium members, your membership status will renew or be downgraded based on your total spend in the 365 days of the membership period

Is there an expiry to my membership?

Yes. Genki Sushi membership & Genki points do expire within 365 days. If you are a Club member, your membership may be downgraded to Pre-member if the annual spending of $250 is not met in the 365 days qualification period. As for Premium member, your membership may be downgraded to Club member if the annual spending of $800 is not met in the 365 days qualification period.

Can I change my password?

Yes. You may do so from the Genki Sushi mobile app by clicking on the change password via the member tab.

Troubleshooting

I did not receive a mobile OTP upon signup

Please check that the mobile number given is accurate. Mobile number must be a valid 8-digit number registered in Singapore starting with the digits 8 or 9.

I can’t log in to my account after signup

Please check the accuracy of your login credentials. You can also try resetting your password by clicking on “Member Tab” >> “Forget Password” link in the Genki Sushi mobile app. You will be required to enter the email address that you have registered with Genki Sushi membership.

Where can I update my new mobile number?

If you have changed your mobile number, you can contact Genki Sushi Customer Service at 6950 2178 (Monday to Friday: 10 am – 6 pm, alternatively write in to [email protected])

I have made payment in Genki sushi outlet, but I did not receive any Genki points

If payment has been made, the account will be updated within 24 hours after the transaction.

You may also write in to us at [email protected] with the following details:

– Mobile number
– Attached receipt

I have lost my receipt. Can you still award my Genki Points?

Unfortunately, we will require a valid receipt image for validation.

I can’t recall my password

You can also try to reset your password by clicking on the “Member” >> “Forget Password” link in the Genki Sushi mobile app. You will be required to enter the email address that you have registered with Genki Sushi.
